Delivery

On confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us containing your order number and order details. If you do not receive this, please first check your spam folder, as sadly sometimes our emails get sent there.  Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an update email. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at theteam@livebetterwith.com or by phone. If an item looks like it might take longer to get to you, we will let you know. Please be advised, on some occasions, your order may be dispatched in separate parcels. 

Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.  

UK Delivery Options

There are two delivery options. Standard shipping can take 3-5 working days and your order will be sent via the Royal Mail 48 service. Express and tracked shipping takes 1-2 working days and will be sent via DPD. If there is a delay to your order we will notify you by email. 

US Delivery Options

If you select Standard Delivery your order will be sent via Royal Mail international standard and will take 7-10 working days to arrive. There is no tracking option with this service.

If you select Express and Tracked delivery your order will be sent via DHL and will take 3-4 working days to arrive. You will be sent email updates on your parcel to your registered email address.

International Delivery Options
