If you're experiencing any (or ALL of the above), we want to let you know that you are not alone.
So if you're looking for support and advice on how to cope with these perimenopause and menopause side effects, join our brand new support group and receive and share tips with others who know just what you're going through. You might just have a bit of a laugh too!
All you have to do is join up here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/lbwmenopausesupport/
5 reasons to join our menopause support group:
1) You'll discover so much
Our group has been set up specifically to help you discuss and manage your peri/menopause side effects and is a great space for sharing information quickly and easily. For example, if you want to tell someone about a resourceful website, a helpful book or product you found, just share it online with just a few clicks!
2) It's always open
You don't have to move your schedule around to make room for a session at a set date and time - you can just check-in and ask a question whenever or wherever you want.
3) Your postcode/zip code doesn't matter
If you live in a rural or remote area or are unable to travel you can still get support - you just need to turn on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
4) You can be as open as you like
Our support group is 'Closed' so only approved members can see the content posted. We hope that you are able to air feelings, speak candidly and about issues which you may feel self-conscious about discussing elsewhere.
5) You might make some new friends
You're never too old to make new friends! As well as sharing great practical information and advice, online support groups can be a particularly good source of emotional support. Feel free to share how you’re feeling. They may not be able to offer a solution or advice, but knowing that other people – who could be strangers on the other side of the world – are thinking about you and wishing you well, can be very reassuring and super comforting.

I have been having these symptoms for three years now, not happy, I’m taking oestrogen tablets and added a patch, to use twice a week, as my hot flushes were coming about 8 times a day. I was also given evenning primrose oil tablets for breast pain, I’m focusing on eating a lot more vegetables and drinking a lot of water, and eating breakfast in the morning. My brain us making me feel foggy, and a slight memory loss, but I try and play making which is fun and helps you to remember where the pictures are. I hope this helps bless. X

Hi fellow suffers I have been premenopausal now for roughly 10 years & can honestly say it’s been living hell!!! Especially with anxiety I didn’t realise you could suffer with so many symptoms as I have as it’s not spoken about openly enough! So joining this group will be such a help to me 😢
